Live translation for meetings and videos, right in your browser
A meeting in French, a lecture in Spanish, a video in Arabic or Chinese: with Voqia's Live mode, you read the translation while people speak. On a computer, Voqia captures the audio of the tab or window you share; on a phone, it listens through the microphone. The original text and its translation appear side by side, with nothing to install.

How live translation works
Speech is first transcribed sentence by sentence, then each sentence is translated by AI into the language you choose. You follow two columns, what is said and its translation, updated a few seconds behind the speaker.
Target languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic. The spoken language is detected automatically and can be one of these or another language supported by the transcription (Chinese, for example).
Translate a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call
- Sign in to voqia.fr with Google (10 free minutes, no credit card) and open Live mode.
- Choose computer audio capture: your browser asks which tab or window to share. Pick the meeting and tick "share audio".
- Turn on the "Translate" transformation and choose the target language.
- Read the translation on screen. To keep it on top of the meeting, open the floating window: it shows the translation in large, continuously scrolling text, like subtitles.
Translate a YouTube video or online course
Same idea: play the video in a tab, share that tab with audio in Voqia, and the translation appears as the video plays. Useful for conferences, tutorials and lectures in a language you don't master.
On a phone
Mobile browsers cannot capture other apps' audio, so on a phone Voqia translates what the microphone hears: a face-to-face conversation, a guided tour or a talk in the room.
Limits to know
- Translation arrives a few seconds after the speaker: each sentence is transcribed, then translated.
- It is machine translation: for contracts or official documents, have a qualified person review it.
- Audio quality matters: a voice close to the microphone and little background noise give the best results.

Frequently asked questions
Can I translate a Teams or Zoom meeting in real time?
Yes, on a computer: share the meeting tab or window with audio in Voqia's Live mode, turn on "Translate" and pick the language. No bot joins the meeting.
Which languages can it translate into?
English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic. The spoken language is detected automatically.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, with the phone's microphone. Capturing other apps' audio is only possible on a computer.
Is translation charged separately?
No. You pay for transcribed minutes; translation is included.
Do other participants need to install anything?
No. Voqia captures the audio on your computer: no bot joins the call and nothing is installed for the other participants. Only you see the translation.
How do I keep the translation visible during the meeting?
Open the floating window: it shows the translation in large, continuously scrolling text, like subtitles. In Chrome and Edge it stays on top of the meeting window.
How long is the delay between speech and translation?
A few seconds. Each sentence is sent for translation as soon as the speaker pauses, and at most a few seconds after it starts if the speaker keeps talking.
Can I keep the translation after the meeting?
Yes. Copy the text or export a Word document (.docx) with the original and the translation, timestamped, and generate an AI summary of the session.
Try it with your own voice: your first 10 minutes are free.
